Try spelling out the address (ie. Ave to Avenue or PO Box to Post Office Box). Or close/exit out the window or tab you were in and start the postage label making process again.
I encountered this error also and just kept going back and editing the address or zip code a couple of times and finally it suddenly let me calculate a postage price.
