Unable to accept new payments

Hello everyone since last two days I am unable to accept new payments through invoicing.

All of my clients are seeing the same message when they try to pay:

" We are sorry , Things don't appear to working right now"

I have contacted Paypal multiple times but there customer service agents have no idea of what's happening. According to them account is perfectly fine and there isn't any issue.

If anyone can help me resolve it would be great.
