Whenever Somebody Tries to pay me it shows that I Accept Payment Only Through Website and When I Tried to Request Money it Shows We Encounter a Problem.

I am sorry about your issue. Please, review if there is an unresolved issue in your Resolution Centre. If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
