USPS and TBA tracking numbers

Dear all, 

Please can you help me on how to add this kind of tracking numbers :

- USPS

- TBA or AMZL (Amazon tracking numbers) 

I receive this message when I want to do this : 

"We were not able to process your request.

A shipment with provided tracking number already exists for this transaction."

My fault, I didn't even complete reading the sentence.

So after typing the tracking number, this the message I get when I click on track : 

"Sorry — your last action could not be completed"
