UPS Shipping Label Errors

 Something is wrong with UPS Label printing for us.  We have been printing UPS labels via PayPal for years now with no issue.  Successfully printed one last week and tried again last night to ship out an order and have gotten persistent error messages with no information as to why.  Have called UPS and PayPal already and none of them are owning up to any type of issue and telling us to call the other company.

 

Already tried removing the linked UPS account from the Settings area and re-linking the account.  Still doesn't work...

And something we noticed on the page where we enter weight/dims and calculate the rates, under Payment Method it is completely blank.

When testing using USPS option, under Payment method, it shows "Paypal balance".

 

Also went through and created a whole new UPS shipping account via paypal and the error still persists.

Try clearing out browser cache and PayPal site cookies and restart device. Maybe turn off and turn on your wifi/router again.
