UPS CHARGES

I’m very confused as to how to follow the UPS charges in my account. It seems I my balance diminish after each label I print and then about a week later I see more UPS charges for the same shipments. This totally screws up my account because I cannot seem to find out which charges are being applied to which shipment. Is there a log of actual applied UPS charges somewhere? Thank you

Welcome to the community. For a full breakdown, please click on 'Activity' in your account and filter through your UPS charges. You should be able to see a full breakdown of what was charged and reference this back to your labels.
