A customer is trying to send a payment from the UK, but is seeing an address related error on PayPal and this will not allow the customer to proceed further, or make edits to resolve the error:
The only option being displayed is for the customer to return to the merchant. The customer has done this several time and re-submitted the address, but the error is repeated.
I have searched for the address and verified that this is correct and the correct post code is being used. PayPal's customer service is also presently unavailable.
There do not appear to be any errors for other orders.
What can be done?
