My customers are reporting that they are receiving an error message that says they cannot tip over 100% of the invoice amount. I allow my clients pay on a sliding scale with a suggested donation as the base amount of the invoice I send. Many want to pay well above the donation amount. Is there a way to take this limitation away? For example I sent my client an invoice for $10 allowing a tip she wants to tip $60 for one hour of my time and cannot because the system gives her this error message.
