Hello,
my Visa Card is linked to my Pay Pal Account. The card currency is AUD and it can be used for international transactions. I want to use this card to pay for my online purchase in USD. So selected this card and the option - pay in USD - to use the bank currency exchange rate and transaction fee. After pressing the button Pay Now option I am thrown back to the page to select the card for payment, and that very card is NOT in the list.
No problems from the bank side.
PayPal, what is wrong ?
