The dropdown menus for the main topics on PayPal are not working.

I do use PayPal business. I use the Tools tab a lot and the dropdown menu that allows you to manage invoices. The dropdown menu is not showing any options anymore... When you hover over Tools, it drops down and just says tools again. It's so irritating because I use this dropdown a lot for shipping.

Try going to All Tools and re-favorite your modules that you frequent by clicking the "heart" to add it the Tools list.
