Site unavailable when trying to print label??

I am using multishipping, and have already bought my labels! It is giving me "Page is unavailable" notice when trying to print my shipping labels. 

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm waiting for Support to open, so that I can call and have the issue resolved. I have about 10 shipments waiting, and they need to be shipped today

The exact message is: 

Sorry, we’re unable to process your request right now. Please try again later.

I cleared Cache and tried again by the way!

I am waiting for a call back (over 3 hours I am told) - instead use the www.paypal.com/shipnow for individual shipments - THAT WORKED FOR ME today - but getting the labels that paypal paid and did not give me a label for - NOW I can't void - because of ERROR 53002
