The shipping options I specified not showing up after logging in to the PayPal smart checkout buttons, I am using createOrder with just the totalValue set. The shipping methods don't show up after I clear my cache and resign in and the shipping option I chose is based off the total order amount. So I don't see why I am not seeing the shipping options.
