Shipping label keeps telling me the address and zip code is wrong

Every time I sell something to this person I have trouble making a shipping label.  I'm really getting tired of this.  I type every thing he has sent me of his address. Told him I will send out in morning but that's going to be a lie cause I can't make a label out.

Look up the address in USPS database:

Or refund the buyer their money and cancel the order.

Or contact customer service so they take a look at the mailing address as we can't access others' accounts in the forums:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

It's the multi shipping label thing.  I found a link and went here https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/ and it worked with no issues.  There is no option on my pay pal summary where I can just click for shipping label, only the mulit one, that's the one that gives me issues.  So now I have to look in my bookmarks to get this address https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/ to get that shipping label option.  Why can't it just be listed on my summary?  Paypal is really getting to be a pain.  Ever since they change the invoices and shipping I have had nothing but issues with it.
