I have a strict rule on my online website stating that the billing and shipping address must match to receive an order. However, since I’ve been accepting PayPal payment method I’m unable to see the billing information. Where do I go to view this? The only thing I see is the shipping information.

Thanks for asking your question here. I am afraid that we will only provide you with the shipping address. From our perspective, there is no need to receive the billing address. In order to be covered under the seller protection, the items need to be shipped to the address that we provide in the transaction details and in the payment confirmation email. It makes no difference if this is different from the billing address.
