I've been trying to create a shipping label but every time I click "Calculate Shipping Cost" it says "Sorry, we’re unable to process your request right now. Please try again later." Anyone know the reason for that?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
