I was working on an invoice template in paypal this morning and at random times I get logged out and sent to the login screen. I got frustrated and tried to send a message to paypal and while typing my message the text box is replaced with a message that says message system is currently down.
Anyone else having issues or just me? Got any ideas. I have cleared my browsers cache and reloaded the page already.
