For some reason, when I send an invoice it always says it wasn't delivered. I work around it by editing the invoice, change nothing, and then Send Update. This is so unnecessary. Any suggestions how to fix this?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
