Hi.
I've gotten myself an invoice from an another European country, And to pay that invoice i need to send the payment to the IBAN i have received. but with the quick search i have done here on PayPal i cannot seem to be able to find such option to succeed the payment.
I would like to avoid to use my main bank account in case it happens to be a scam. I have had earlier experience with PayPal where someone attempted to order a bunch of games through steam, and PayPal helped me with cancelling the payment and refunding the money. therefor i trust to use PayPal in this matter.
