Why am I being charged the 2.90% of the sell which includes taxes paid by buyer.. Example I sold an item for 78.90 and they were taxed 3.60 making it 82.50 so PP charged the 2.90% of the 82.50. WHY I don't get the tax money. That's me paying a fee for their taxes....
