Hello, i sell one skin from game. Send him invoice and request for money. He dont answer me. No money and no skin anymore. Have all profs in massenger about deal. What can i do, and how i can get my money?

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive a payment. Delivering an item or service before receiving payment has a lot of risk associated with it, which is why it is not recommended practice. PayPal cannot compel anyone to make payment to you.
