Requested Label price does not match with the pre-authorized amount.

I did not get any limitation, dispute or case. 

When I create a shipping label, I got the message: 

Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred:

Requested Label price does not match with the pre-authorized amount.

How to solve this?

When I removed the extra insurance, the message disappear and go through shipping printing.
