I have few doubts regarding business Paypal accounts, so basically I would like to sign up a business Paypal accounts and I've 2 questions that would be much appreciated if you could provide me the answers :
1) I have founded my company in Hong Kong but the business bank account is in Peurto Rico and not Hong Kong so if I want to sign up for a merchant account for Shopify or any e-commerce business, will Paypal allow me to sign up as I have different countries?
2) I also have company opened in Georgia (GE in EU) and the business bank account in the same country but I heard that the country Georgia is currently supporting payments to pay but not receive, could you please confirm?
