Help ! I wish to refund my buyers immediately but however it said the transaction won’t go through ??? But my paypal account is linked to my card ? and my card has the sufficient amount for the refunds . Can anybody advise me on what’s wrong ?? My card has no problem though , I just made a purchase transaction 2 days ago
