Hi,
I've been trying to get hold of PayPal customer care in order to enable reference transactions on our account. I sent multiple emails through https://www.paypal.com/mt/smarthelp/contact-us however I am not getting any reply and this has been on going for three weeks.
Is there any other ways of communicating with paypal other than email ? (telephones are closed due to covid-19)
