I have an online service where some people buy per product but others buy on subscription account. I am having issues with PayPal automatically apply taxes on the recurring payments. Unfortunately, I am getting many different answers from PayPal staff.
Do the tax settings work with recurring payments and if so, can someone direct me to the details? I don't want to spend a bunch of time (and money) if this is not going to work.
These payments would occur, as an example when someone buys a 6 month subscription, but wants to pay monthly.
