I have several hundred customers who are enrolled in an automatic annual payments. In order to cancel or suspend the automatic payment for anyone, I have to scroll through the entire list of names in the Recurring Payments Dashboard in order to find the person. There is no name search function. There is no way to sort the list alphabetically. I literally have to scroll through each page of names in order to find the proper one. It makes for a painfully slow process. I've contacted technical support twice about this thoughtlessly developed program and, essentially, have been told "that's just the way it is". Before I abandon PayPal for a program that offers a minimally functioning automatic payment process, has anyone come up with a workaround that can help me to more easily find and select a name from the Recurring Payments Dashboard list?
