Good afternoon. I have recently been refunded the cost of an item that was not what I asked for in the original order. I duly returned the item as instructed by PayPal at a cost of 20.05 euros and I would like to reclaim said amount, how can I do this please? I have tried the 'Return shipping on us' system but it seems to be specifically for vendors rather than buyers. Any help or guidance would be most gratefully accepted.
Thank you and stay safe and well.
