Recepient receives what I send as an invoice in a form of a payment request.

When I am sending out an Invoice, it comes out marked as an invoice, named as an invoice and viewed in my activity as an invoice. But the recipient receives it named as a Payment Request. The recipient is not happy with it being a payment request, doesn't want to accept it and asks for an invoice instead. It has started to happen quite recently. My account is in the UK but at the moment I am in Belarus therefore can't make a phone call to the UK phone provided by PayPal as it will cost me more than the total on the invoice I am requiring about. Nobody replies within the messaging format.

What do I do?

Paypal is country specific and varies country to country, its advisable NOT to try and use a UK paypal account in another country for selling as it won't work properly and paypal may limit it until you verify your id so that they know its not a scammer using it in another country.
