I sent a request for payment to a mobile number. They logged into the link as a guest and entered info. When they agreed to send they got a message saying there was a problem and to try again later...it kept saying that no matter what card they tried. Anyone know what to do?
Uh oh - it sounds like they may be encountering our internal security. We would need more information from the sender's side to be able to help. I would advise having them contact us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can help. Thanks!
