Received a bill thats not mine

A couple days ago I received a bill from a random company in the UK. I see in the menu option, that there's an option to "cancel" the bill, but when I click that, it tells me there was an error and the request can't be completed. How do I cancel this invoice? This isn't anything I ordered, and I don't want them charging to my account, or sending me to collections for something that is not mine. I've tried emailing the company with no response. What do I do?
