Receipt no longer printing on shipping label

Usually whenever I print a shipping label, half of the paper is the label and the other half is the receipt with the tracking information and amount I paid.

Last week the label started printing out with the label on one side and the other half of the page is blank. Any ideas how to get the receipt part back?

Account Settings (cog icon) > Shipping > Shipping preferences > Update > Shipping carrier > USPS > Change printer type > tick Print Receipt box > Save
