Paypal appears to be randomly rejecting payments of $10 for online events we have scheduled. At the same time, it seems to have no trouble accepting payments in another amount. At a time when we are entirely reliant upon online transactions, this randomness is very frustrating. Hour spent on PayPals website has failed to produce any help.
