Unless I have misunderstood, I can only raise an invoice for a customer whose details I have fed into 'my' database. Is there any reason why, if I discuss with a customer how to pay for something and they give me the e-mail address linked to their PayPal account, I cannot search for him/her on 'all of PayPal'?
Seems to work fine when using credit cards, or when people tap their phone on to the card reader. Why not when I deal with a request and the customer is no longer present. If I raise an invoice, it is up to them to pay or not to pay, surely?
Kind regards,
