Processing Problems

I have been unable for at least 7 days [maybe more] to send out refunds.  Is this a Paypal problem due to the likely large volume of such transactions due to Covid-19?

We're sorry for the incovenience this might have caused you. We don't have problems reported regarding issues to refund. However , you may want to contact paypal via chat so that they can review what happened,why you were unable to process refunds at this time.

You can get paypal support via chat just 

 

1 Log on to account

2. Click HELP at the top menu.

3.Scroll down and click CONTACT US.

4.Scroll down to click EMAIL US ; Message Us

 

OR

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
