I am a verified user of paypal. I just re-started selling things on ebay and a lot has changed. I just received a payment for an item I sold on ebay, but am unable to print a mailing label thru ebay. Message states that I "need verification with payment provider" (paypal). How do I do that? If I try to print the label thru paypal, it is charging me for a flat rate box ($13.75), when I need to use a specific size ($9.90) which was entered in the listing. I want to print labels thru ebay, especially since they give a discount.
