Tried printing my label. The printer is out of ink. Now it says my item shipped. Tried to reprint the label but its been over 24 hours. Customer service isn't really helping. Anyone have this happen before? What do I do?
Can you export the label as pdf, drag it on to a usb jump drive and head to your nearest FedEx Office Print & Ship and have the label printed there? Or you can void the label within 48 hrs and buy a new label, pdf it & put it on a jump drive and take it to FedEx Office Print & Ship location to have it printed.
