I can't seem to print labels straight to my thermal printer label printer (4x6 format).
I can print directly USPS labels fine to the printer and they come out in the right format on the label.
When I setup my UPS account I enter my account number and put the label printer in the settings - however when paypal creates the label it comes out sideways and with all the extra junk. If I try to print it - it will only print sideways. I am forced to take a screenshot of the label and then crop and rotate it in Preview and then print it to the label printer. Obviously a lot of extra steps that I would like to eliminate. What is the solution to this?? I am using a Mac if that makes a difference.
