Printing Labels for International Postage Not Working

When I try to print a postage/shipping label to Europe or International from the UK it will not allow me. An error message comes up. I did not have this problem prior to Brexit. Any help to overcome would be helpful. I have tried calling Paypal but it is a nightmare trying to speak to them.

Yes, I also have this problem to the EU from 1st January. UK and ROTW is fine though.

 

Error is : 

"Unable to print the requested postage label at this time. The following error occurred.

Please provide the customs details to proceed."
