My item for sale on a local sight is being purchased by someon in the UK with no information on their Facebook account. They are asking me to request the funds. They say Paypal then holds the funds until it is verified that the item is received. Is this safe? Can someone retract the funds before they receive the item. I am very very upset that paypal will not take phone calls.
