A new client of mine attempted to process a payment with the subscription payment. Thr client got an error message saying " Things do not appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. " than it shows up on my paypal pre approved payment, i contact paypal message and they say to update bank info. because im not verified. when i attempt to update phone number it still shows on my notification. when i attempt to update bank info at the last step it gives me an error for thr phone number. has this happen to anyone?
