Hi, I printed off the wrong postage label, at the incorrect weight for the parcel - my fault. When I re-weighed it the amount was much less, so I printed off the label for the correct weight. I paid both amounts via PayPal, but don't know how to get the first amount refunded, as no-one is responding to my problem at the Help Centre.
