I mistakenly marked an item as sent on Ebay and now Paypal wont let me print a label Ive tried marking it no dispatched on eBay but no change to paypal- can anyone advise on how I can fix this
All you have to do is to to eBay and "unmark as shipped" You should be printing your labels from eBay anyway because you get a discount there that PayPal does not always recognize. And, eBay does not always recognize the Paypal label so you risk getting a ding for late shipment. I just would get in the habit of printing labels in eBay. It's a bad habit to print them in PayPal except for non eBay transactions.
