Hey i wanted to ask a question, to be honest im stuck on this i have sent a request for a payment and it says pending its been days and even the the person i sent it to hasn’t received a thing and tired to reverify my account and resend the payment again will that make it go through?

Hi @Dalmatrouk,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
If the payment request that you sent is 'Pending' it would mean that your counterpart did not make the payment. I would recommend cancelling the request and sending another request. Before doing that, please make sure that you are sending the request to the primary email address of your counterpart. If this does not work, another solution would be to give your primary email address to your counterpart and they can send you a payment directly without responding to a payment request.
