I read somewhere you can use Paypal shipping to print first-class shipping labels. Im only seeing this available for paypal transactions. Can you use Paypal Shipping service to create shipping labels outside of paypal transactions? At one time you could print from USPS.com but no longer. Thanks for any advice!

In general, you can only use this service for payments that you have received through your PayPal account as you can only print the shipping label from your account activity.
