It seems over the past few months, every single label purchased directly through Paypal hits me after 2-3 weeks with a notice stating I owe extra on postage, and it's ALWAYS without fail stated to be a discrepancy of 1/4 pound. Just now I'm asked to pay $1.18 on a package they claim is 8 ounces that I know was less than 4. This has only happened with labels bought through Paypal directly, not one single eBay label gave me such a notice over several years of mailing, none of these package recipients have told me they had any issues receiving their packages, and I feel I'm being deliberately cheated by some party in this setup. I don't think I'll be using Paypal to purchase USPS labels directly anymore, it's turning out to be a costly scam. Now I expect a box I mailed on Saturday that was definitely under 4oz(it was barely 2) will hit me in 2 weeks begging for cash claiming it was 8oz.
