Paypal isn't sending my invoices!!!

I am feeling VERY frustrated right now. I have sent TWO invoices and my client still hasn't gotten them and when I check my email, I haven't gotten any notification that they have even been sent, like I usually get. The chat feature is worse than useless, kept telling me to contact someone during regular business hours (it's Sunday and I need that payment NOW) and when I tried to call and speak to an actual human being, I got an automated voice telling me they couldn't resolve my problem over the phone even though they don't know what my problem is. How the hell can I get a real live human being to help me TODAY? Not tomorrow or whenever it's convenient for them to help me? I've been with Paypal for twenty years and this is the worst customer non-service I've ever gotten from them.
