Hi, Is it possible to have my payouts from Shopify directed to my PayPal business account, like a direct deposit? Thanks!

If I understood you correctly, no, PayPal business accounts do not have direct deposit account number/routing number. DD is for personal accounts only. You accept payments with your business account at Shopify with this set up:

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
