Payments declined on invoice sent

My clients are not able to make payments using card from last week, it says things appear not to be working return to seller website, how do i fix it

I have the same issue. Talked to paypal yesterday and they have apparently changed their policy re using credit/debit cards to pay invoices. Customers can now only pay invoices via a paypal account. As in they have to have a paypal account now. 

Doesn't work for my business, so after many years with paypal I'm now moving to another provider.
