I cant request payment...my account is new.i confirmed bank accouny,email and my mobile no. Also but it is showing there is a problem with your account.....please help

Hi @Devang797,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing that there is an issue with your account. Is it directing you to resolve any steps in the Resolution Center? If so, those steps would need to be resolved before the function of your account could resume.
