I have used an iPad for years. I have been able to modify or cancel any payments I have scheduled using my iPad. That is, until this morning. Today I needed to cancel two scheduled payments. I logged into my account, navigated to payments as usual only to discover I have NO way to modify my scheduled payments. I called. Customer Service cancelled the payments for me. They also told me that you can no longer modify a payment on a mobile device only on a computer. CRITICAL functionality that has been available to users for years has been removed.   First rule of system enhancements is don’t remove existing functionality. 

 

I frequently need to modify payments.  Anyone have a way to accomplish this on a mobile.  They will lose my business if I have to call customer service whenever I need to change or cancel a payment.
